From their myspace: "started in the spring of 2007, jared on guitar and geoff on drums, practicing infrequently in geoff's bedroom out of practice amps and muted drums. found kyle to play bass over the summer, and after futile attempts to find a singer, convinced dave to play drums and geoff to try singing. it kinda worked out and the first show was december 1st, 2007 at a ridiculous house party 20 minutes after kyle got off work.
