Emel Michael is a young and passionate singer song writer who has been producing and performing her own music since she was sixteen years old.
Emel is a natural performer and a true artistic creative. Distincive sound, and a creative lady she is unstopable in her art as her influences stem from an array of visual / musical arts and performance.
Emel Michael has an innate talent with regard to writing songs.
This ability to craft original melodic arrangements set to meaningful lyrics with character is what sets her apart. She is one of a few artists today that can take on a sound with intimate touches of tonality, quirkiness, and clarity of voice. This is what gives Miss Michael, her unique sound, loved along side her talkative personality transcending through her music and natural presence.

Emel Says...

- Music is my daydream; to express every emotion, thought and run away with ideas, thus make it in to song.

- This mission is my soul purpose, there’s nothing more that I want, but share my stories with the world. I have learnt that life not a fairy-tale, but if I can find the fun in being inspired by mythical characters and use them as a reference to someone I used to know to make my work fun and expressive, then I must be doing something right.
Combining Pop and Folk with a hint of soul is what makes me, well me, I reflect on what life gifts me and put it in to a story to tell.
From a melody, to a lyric and be it composed in a dream, I want to make a difference to you.

The artist
- Art feeds my creative, it allows me to interpret the world around me, it some how evokes my emotion, sketching illustrations in my writing book. Those images come to life and I transfer them in to my music, they both go hand in hand.
Ever since I can remember I have held a pencil to paper. An obsession found me, aged 4 and took me on this journey. I was able to express my emotions through the pictures I drew, like my music it became my get away, found me closure and a sense of belonging a daydreamers dream come true.
Now I still draw, and paint working on commission pieces, this story continues.
