Richard Colbert, better know by his stage name @iHeartMemphis, is an American rapper. He is best known for his debut single "Hit the Quan" which has so far peaked at number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100.

With its duckwalk groove and manic raps, iHeart Memphis' toddling, Buck Nasty-produced single is a perfect complement to Quan's quirky dance style. Its absurdist lyrics jut outward at odd angles—"Pull up on the block and do the dash like crazy!/ This chick is hella hot but I know this chick crazy!/ If I think she not then that makes me crazy!/ We are both thots so we are both crazy!"—as if mirroring the limbs-akimbo dance style that demands you "get down low and swing your arm!"
