Biography

Khadimoul Rassoul Cheikh Fall (born September 10, 1998), known professionally as Sheck Wes, is an Azmerican rapper, songwriter, and model. Wes is known widely for "Mo Bamba", his 2017 song that went viral in 2018.
Wes is jointly signed to Travis Scott's Cactus Jack Records and Kanye West's GOOD Music record labels, under the aegis of Interscope Records and Polydor Records.

Fall was born on September 10, 1998 in the Harlem neighborhood of New York City, New York to Senegalese immigrants. At age 5, Wes and his mother moved to Milwaukee, where he lived for 9 years. At 14, Wes moved back to New York. Wes grew up with Orlando Magic player Mohamed Bamba, who he would name his breakout single after.

Wes started experimenting with music at age 9. By age 11, he joined his first rap group called the MillYorkers where Wes assumed the name Kid Khadi, in reference to his name, Khadimoul and to Kid Cudi, an artist Wes cites as inspiration.
