| Ashanti's sideburns are pretty terrible. If that's supposed to be the "good hair" on her face, imagine how the rest of her hair must look! Her sideburns look that way because that's her real hair, they had to leave some out, to blend in her nappy weave, for illusion sake. She does sound bad, but it's not her fault she has no talent. she's doing her best to pick up where Aaliyah (r.i.p) left off. Who said "round ass and flat stomic"/stomache??? I think you mean round belly and flat azz. I'm not hating, I'm keeping it real. I have no reason to hate. I am very happy with myself, and my life. I am a fellow singer, and aspiring model and fashion designer, so it's only natural for me to be critical. Ashantii- do what ya do. Keep it up... whatever it is. More power to ya. And I don't know her personally, but she comes across *****y on the tv sometimes, making comments about other celebs. If she truly is a person with a good heart, and positive attitude, and sincere intentions, then I hope she is happy, and God continues to bless her. And it would be nice to see her give back to the community. |

I think Ashanti is a pretty young lady, who has some raw talent that will mature over time. However I had feelings of mistrust when you come out and announce to the world that you are the princess of hip hop soul, that is a flat out disrespect to the Queen of Hip Hop Soul MARY J. BLIDGE, that is a title that is earned, I can clearly name a few artist that are deserving of that title, like Alicia Keys, Monica, Terralyn Ramsey(lol who's been on the scene what a few weeks), what about Amerie and countless others. Before Ashanti can claim that title she has gotta put in work (HARD WORK) new dances and stronger vocals.
But who am I to judge?

You don't deserve that grammy for best contemporary r&b album, Brandy's album "Fullmoon" deserved it, it was better than your piece of **** album. | what the hell is some of ya'lls problems. Ashanti is a beautiful woman and i would love to look like her. Her voice is wonderful and she could blow any of you away with it. I am a singer to and i know i can't compete with her. | Ashanti is just an untalented piece of **** and she doesent deserve to be in the music industry at all. She cant sing for ****. Without the music technology, her recordings will sound like absolute ****. You can see how bad she sounds live so that proves a lot yall. I agree with one voice, the only reason why she's topping the charts is because of the music, not the vocals. She doesent even deserve all those ****ing wards, I can name lots of TALENTED artists who deserve the awards as well as being crowned princess of hip hop and R&B ; Amerie, Tweet, Monica, lil mo, Kandi, 702, 3LW, Solange Knowles, Chante Moore, Monifah, Tamia and heaps more to mention. And she's so ugly, yuck. Its just the make up that makes her look reasonable, she not a natural. Personally, i'm so pissed off that they accepted an untalented **** into the music industry when there's are heap of talented people out there who also want to become artists. | I think Ashanti has a nice voice is just that it not one of the voices that make you say wo. I mean it not one of those Whitney Houston voices. It's just a plain simple voice. I use to could not stand her or the way she sing. But I said to my self I'm trying to get were she's at. I think people should just give her a chance. |
