Biography
Tone Damli Aaberge (born April 12, 1988) became a star overnight after participating in the Norwegian Idols series 2005.

Tone Damli is the international name of Tone Damli Aaberge and will be used in international releases.

She didn't always dream of becoming an artist, but started her career in a local choir when she was 4-5 years old. She took singing lessons and she has also played in a band.

Her influences come from "grown up" artists like Jeff Buckley and Radka Toneff, and the song The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress, is on her debut album "Bliss".

Tone is really a "songbird" and one of her songs on the debut album is Eva Cassidy's "Songbird".

Her second album "Sweet Fever" came out in March 2007. And so did her single "Fever".

In 2009, Tone participated in the Eurovision Song Contest with her song "Butterflies".
She came in second, just after Alexander Rybak with his song "Fairytale".

On the 30th of March, 2009, Tone released another album, "I Know", on which "Butterflies" is included. "I Know" sold and still sells great.

On 30th of April 2010, Tone released a new single called "I Love You" to Norwegian radio. It is taken from her new " Cocool" album set for 25.19.10 release. Tone is also currently working on releasing "I Know" in the United Kingdom.
