Biography
Zé Neto & Cristiano is a Brazilian national sertaneja formed by José Toscano Martins Neto (São José do Rio Preto, February 9, 1990) and Irineu Vaccari (São José do Rio Preto, August 10, 1988), both born in São José of Rio Preto in São Paulo. Zé Neto and Cristiano were raised in the countryside and it was there that the music began to make history in the life of the artists, but only in the year of 2011 they joined professionally and formed the duo Zé Neto and Cristiano, in the partnership for the search of a even dream, sing.
The two were born in São José do Rio Preto and have lived in the same neighborhood since they were children, and met three years later. José Toscano Martins Neto (Zé Neto) has always been involved with the roots sertaneja music, influenced by the family and having as reference double as João Paulo & Daniel, Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano and Leandro & Leonardo, Zé Neto saw in each song a lifestyle to be followed. Irineu Táparo Vaccari (Cristiano) entered the world of music through the church, since he was a child, he was always part of the corals.
In 2011 Zé Neto and Cristiano join in the partnership for the pursuit of the same dream, to sing. In 2012, they released the first CD titled Entre Amigos, which brought the participation of Cristiano Araújo, Humberto & Ronaldo, George Henrique & Rodrigo, Zé Ricardo & Thiago and Israel Novaes. From the bar to the big stages, Zé Neto & Cristiano signed in early 2014 with WorkShow, an office of artistic agency that has in its cast Henrique & Juliano, Marcos & Fernando, Maiara & Maraísa and Marília Mendonça. Under the care of musical entrepreneur Wander de Oliveira, the sertanejos follow the same steps as the pair that "drag crowds", godfathers of Zé Neto & Cristiano. In the same year, they released the first EP of the career, that counts on four tracks, between them, the prominent song was "Bobo Fui Eu."
In 2015, the duo recorded the first DVD of the career, São José do Rio Preto-SP was the stage of a mega show that counted on the participation of Henrique & Juliano, Humberto & Ronaldo and Marília Mendonça. From then on, the pair became known throughout Brazil, with the hits "Te Amo", "I Ligo Pra Você" and "Seu Polícia" (the latter was one of the most played of the year 2016). In the same year the duo recorded the second DVD in Cuiabá (MT) of the career titled Um Novo Sonho," and in the same year, they scored another success that was "Sonha Comigo", which reached the 2nd position of Brazil Hot 100 Airplay.
