The don't have them on the actual site that's why i'm so hacked off! From memory, Dido was the best selling album, with justin at 2, C. Aguilera at 3, D. Bedingfield at 4, norah jones at 5, 6-darkness, 7-coldplay, 8-Michael Jackson, 9-Busted 10-REM The rest of the countdown on radio1 was a blur!

Unfortunately I ain't got a clue of the album Top 40 chart, as someone said in a previous post 'was a blur'.
those aren't the top selling 40 songs of the 2003 calendar year (1st Jan-31st Dec), they are the Top 40 selling songs of the chart year (Sun 28th Dec 2002 - Sat 27th Dec 2003), cos the osbournes and the darkness overtook songs 6 and 9 between Sun 28th 2003 and Wed 31st 2003!

But it is the official chart, because that is what was counted down on the official top 40 countdown on radio 1, so we can only put the osbournes at 6 and darkness at 9 in an unofficial chart on the real year!

Busted are at #8 and MJ at #9 on everyhit.com's end of year chart for 2003. Don't know which is right! I suppose we'll have to wait until theofficalcharts.com update their site to see which is correct as they are the ones that compile the chart! Although, Wes did say on New Year's day that the chart was compiled by the official charts company! Oh Well!?!

Just looked at their account of the best singles of 2003 as well and it has Kelly & Ozzy at #8. 99% certain that it's wrong as the offical chart has been revealed!
