I love the Carpenters too - it's the ultimate chill-out music for me. And that shows they transcend all barriers cos I loved em through my 80's Heavy Metal days and now still through my dance and latin music days. They were a great act. Picked up a couple of Karen Carpenter CD's last year in Bangkok. Such a beautiful voice.
