Problem with USA singles chart

What You Gon' Do by East Side Boyz & Lil John is apparently climbing 2 places to number 24 - but at the same time it's falling 4 places to number 30?

Yes this is not the first time... usually once avery 2 weeks happens this error... but considering that there are all these charts... I think it's normal...
Note that usually if you click on the link it will bring you to the right song page... and only few times happens that even the link is the same...

Hi guys, thanks for all of your notes. Usually the sytem 'builts' the webpage automatically with the data from the database. But sometimes lacks to have succesfully update and then it sets a non-relative song (selection) to the specific spot.
On No 30 is 'Locked Up' by Akon and not the double 'Lil Jon' song. We need your feedback for the errors, because 'two eyes' aren't enough!
