I can't not believe you wrote this in the worst chart:

FALSE: Asian Dub Foundation, Mighty Dub Katz, Martin Solveig and Laurent Wolf have been charted in many other european countries... the first one in the UK!... Mighty Dub Katz had a huge hit back in 1996, does anyone remember "Magic Carpet Ride"???
French Affair is a big Techno act from Europe, many hits from 1999 to 2003
The fact that some or every of these artists haven't had the chance to appear in charts where US artists or 100% commercial bands dominate lists, doesn't mean they are unknown.
