Iva Mendez - can anyone tell me anything about her?

Hi! I have just missed her two performances in Warsaw, Pl. I never listened to her music! I just read some things in a paper announcing her show in WAW. As I am interested in bossa-nova and brazillian music in general (playin it with my friens) I would like to get to know the new phenomenon called IVA MENDEZ! Can anyone help?
