mistakes in song history

hi there!
there must be some kind of bug or misunderstanding in the way you calculate the full history of a song.
i've found a mistake for the song "Schnappi" by "Schnappi"
its peak position in Austria is given as 23, but it had been #1 for several weeks in jan/feb...

the error is another...

The same artist has been considered with 3 different names in the different charts...

"Schnappi"
"Schnappi, Das Kleine Krokodil"
"Snappie"

if you look at all these 3 names you will have the full chart history of this artist.
