WHY? YOU MAY ASK..... BECAUSE I WAS THEIR LEAD SINGER.
WE HAD LOTS OF FUN DOING ALL THE SONGS OF THAT ERA AND NOTHING BUT NOTHING BEATS BEING UP ON STAGE SINGING TO ALL THOSE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN.

Pity this has become the Tony Who (??????) website site.......cos it is a pretty good title for a topic.
So, leaving Tony Who Cares behind, let's move on........
The coolest groups of the 60s.......wow , what a question: there were so many greats.
I saw the Beatles in concert (but couldn't hear them !!!); I saw the Stones at The Marquee several times------the greatest live band of all time ???
And I saw many others.
But here are my Top 10 (in fave order), some of whom I never saw live:
1.The Walker Brothers
2.The Kinks
3.The Small Faces
4.The Seekers
5.The Hollies
6.The Beatles
7.The Searchers
8.The Animals
9.The Supremes
10.The Cryin Shames
Good luck in naming the best groups of the best decade in music !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And we haven't even come to solo singers like Elvis and The Big O..............

Does anyone remember THE ROBBS? I'm too young to have actually been there but my parents have the album and I used to listen to it all the time when I was younger. They were actually one of the major top 40 artists and teen idols back in the '60's and I think the youngest member of the band, Bruce Robb went on to found Cherokee Studios and produce a bunch of multi-platinum records there. I was thinking about how I used to listen to the album the other day, in a kind of "where are they now" sort of way, so I did some research and I found that this Bruce guy owns a place called Bruce Robb Productions now as well, where he supervises the music for some pretty big films like "Punch Drunk Love" and "Just Friends," as well as some films from the era when I was growing up in the 80's like "The Great Outdoors" and "Twins." I found a link to his website, and the Robbs' myspace. Even though it still looks like it's under construction, it's got a link to his presskit and everything. Pretty cool stuff.
