Is it possible to have the picture that you ask for in profile to be shown everytime you post a message like other more traditional forums?

We dont have avatars enabled (for now) for speed reasons. You can have a picture in your profile though, check your control panel

It would'nt take that much longer to load then your regular chart section, if the resolution was kept low in the photograph, for instance the 100 pixel square resolution. Also if this was such a problem why is it possible to attach a large picture to a message without comprimising speed. The average size for a picture at 100 pixel square resolution is 3Kb, if there were 10 messages that would be 30kb if forum user is using broadband this would be negligable. If on the other hand they arn't then its likely that they would not come back often. At the end of the day it's your decision and I respect that, but it would improve this forum.
