I'm australian and thought Uk were completely f'd up to have james blunt's you're beautiful so successful there. then he released in aus and did huge here as well. i thought yeah whatever uk and aus often have questionable music doing well in the charts (crazy frog perfect example) but now i look at the hot 100 and you're beautiful is #8!!! is the whole world going crazy!?

the american charts are very hard to predict!!!

and good on him for hitting #1 in the U.S!
and he's broken a record! no Brit has ever got to #1 in The U.S in 10 years!
