I was having a convo with my cousin the other day,and he was telling me about his mans who just so happened to be in love with an athiest...i was like how did that happen?....he said his man believes in god,but he's not the avid church goer,and his relationship with god is a private relationship....one which he doesn't really openly talk about too much..yet and still he believes in god.....so he meets this girl they've been together for almost a year now,and they have made plans to move in with each other,and everything....so he decides to introduce her to his mother the other week,and while they were eating dinner his mother asked her what was her practicing faith...so politely the girl tells his mother she's an athiest...of course the mother wilds out,but what was even worse was that the dude didn't even know she was an athiest....it seems that the topic of god never came up as far as believing in god one way or the other....so as his mother is wilding out,he's in complete shock....so now they are having all these crazy arguements,and it's put a strain on the relationship,but my cousin was telling me how his mans keeps saying he loves the girl,and she's the best girl he's ever been with,but he doesn't know if being with an athiest could work...what's your thoughts?
