Any chance of have RSS feeds turned on? These are one way to make it easier for members to keep track of new threads.
To turn it on go to the vBulletin Admin section, select vBulletin Options, then 3rd from the bottom will be "External Data" select that and turn on the RSS option and hey presto http://top40-charts.com/forums/external.php becomes a machine readable list of the latest happenings :)
