Britneys new album/single

Britneys new album rules and there are some damn amazing songs on it including breathe on me,the answer,early mornin',outragous and the new single toxic that is absolutely fab plus she co-wrote 7/12 of the songs. Does anyone here own the fab new album "In the zone" and what do you think of it? P.s wat no. does everyone think that "toxic" will get to. My prediction no.1 (although I probably am a little biased)

i agree with DSQ, Britney's comeback was a joke. Abysmal. Me against the music was horrendous and madonna frankly embarrassed herself. I've given toxic a chance and downloaded quite a lot of the album, and its just nonsense. Its pointless. Why she decided to come back i'm not sure. Its all sub par, and she sounds tired and bored. Baby one more time was pure cheese and thats the way i like it. In the zone sees her trying too hard and failing miserably.

With the first single being # 35 in the USA, I don´t this will be a global smash album... Usually, the first single from her albums are the only ones that make impact on Billboard, and with this bombin, I think Britney just had her last Hot 100 Hit for a few years (if not for her entire life...).

joao - this is the UK chart board, not the US one...

I think that the next couple of singles released from the album will go top 10 - but the rest won't. She won't do a Christina and make an impact on both singles and album charts - In The Zone will not sell like Stripped has. No singles will go to number 1, she probably won't even have another top 3 single from this album.

I got britneys album for xmas and i thought it was fantastic!
i admit she has changed her style of music but it's for the best.
my fave songs are outrageous, toxic, me against the music, breathe on me and showdown.

p.s i think toxic will get to #3.
