SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (Top40 Charts) Singer Millo Torres, filmed his musical piece in Lago Dos Bocas in Utuado for his segment in Popular's Music Special, "Qué lindo es Puerto Rico" (How beautiful Puerto Rico is). The Music Special will air on all local channels on December 7 at 8:00 p.m. This year's principle theme is a focus on Puerto Rico from the perspective of five youths who not only see the beauty of the Island, but also enjoy the musical genres present throughout different areas around the island.

Millo Torres filmed while director Ángel Traverso and creative director Euskady Burgos captured his talent. Millo Torres shared, "I created this theme some time ago and saved it for a special moment. That moment has arrived and I am thrilled to share it at this time and to have the concept come to life in Popular's music special." The performance also included the talent of musician Cristian Nieves who played the cuatro, and Viva Nativa's singer and guitarist Javier Hiram González and Naveel Abdulrahman.

"The song 'Qué lindo es Puerto Rico' provides me with an opportunity to express my profound love for this beautiful island. It is extremely important to not only celebrate its natural, physical beauty, but also the heart and soul of its people and communities. This song was inspired to lift our spirit, inculcate happiness and joy when we sing ¡qué lindo es Puerto Rico," said Torres.

This year the music production has the support and participation of Michael Stuart, Melina León, Sie7te, Kany García, Pedro Capó, Andy Montañez, Ismael Miranda, Pirulo y su Tribu, Manolo Ramos, La Tuna Bardos de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, among others.

For a second year in a row, Luis Amed Irizarry serves as musical director.
Proceeds from the sales of the music special will benefit the Banco Popular Foundation who will in turn support music programs for Puerto Rico's youth.
