Afrologic Gives Fans A New African Flavour!
Alexandria, AUSTRALIA (Top40 Charts) The founder of Afrologic, Adegboyega Oyedele is one of Africa's most influential modern Remixer/Producers in recent times. He was recently recognised for his work in Nairobi, Kenya and asked to participate in Coca Cola's 'Coke Studio Africa' TV/Online project, alongside some of the biggest names on the contemporary African music scene including 'Flavour', or 'Flavour N'abania' (Nigeria), Victoria Kimani, and D.J Hypnotik (Kenya).

The 'Coke Studio Africa' TV/Online project event was recorded for Coke TV and will be featured in episode (Season 2, Week 6), will be broadcast on various African T.V channels later this year, however, here is the link to a live You Tube stream of an interview with the main acts: CokeURL.com/j3wpb

The popular American urban left-field magazine/online portal recently did a pick of some of the most interesting mash-ups dedicated to the spirit of the late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, and it includes FELA KUTI .x. BOB MARLEY - M.O.P (Movement Of Da People) [Afrologic Re-Con-Funksion], a special commission by the FELABRATION (Lagos), board as theme song for the 2013 edition of the annual Felabration event.

Afrologic was formed in 2002, by founding members, Temi and Gboyega. The duo set out to create an incomparable sound through the fusion of African beats and electronics. Their style encompasses elements of tribal rhythm, funk, soul and dance, accompanied by smooth vocals and catchy melodies. Afrologic take it upon them to push the boundaries of conventional modern day Afrobeat(s), never afraid to manipulate sounds and textures beyond the average into something extraordinary!

Afrologic's influences are wide and varied. Temi draws influence from Sarah Vaughn, Susana Baca and Virginia Rodriguez, while Eddie Gee cites Roy Ayers, P-Funk, Leroy Burgess and Jazzy B as major inspirations.

Afrologic are currently in the studio recording their new album that will no doubt exceed all expectations and deliver the remarkable sound that their fans have come to expect. Afrologic are definitely an act that will continue to impress and leave you inspired.
