David Guetta, one of the world's biggest electronic music stars, is providing exclusive mixes, radio shows and other content to his fans via Thefuture.fm music streaming platform. Thefuture.fm platform utilizes Dubset's proprietary MixSCAN® rights management technologies, which register the mix and identify its underlying content and rightsholders. As fans listen to the mixes, consumption is audited, rights are assessed, royalty reports are created, and the proper rightsholders are compensated - filling a long-needed void for artists whose work has been utilized in DJ mixes without recognition.

Dubset has just released MixSCAN® commercially and in an effort to ensure underlying rightsholders of mix music are properly compensated, is now signing royalty and distribution agreements with labels, publishers, music services, and performance rights organizations. Dubset now retains a portion of all mix music revenues on behalf of underlying artists and rightsholders. As these new agreements are established, monies are released and a formal royalty program is put in place.
