WASHINGTON, D.C. (Top40 Charts) Charlie Daniels made a special guest appearance Monday, December 1st at the 2014 Christmas Concert for the Troops at The John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Daniels and his manager
David Corlew are board members and co-founders of The
Journey Home Project, which exists to assist other not-for-profits in securing funds to help causes that benefit Veterans of the United States Armed Forces.

America 2015 Kira Kazantsev, the Christmas concert also featured appearances from Kristin Chenoweth, Marlee Matlin, John Ondrasik, John
Lloyd Young and Medal of Honor Recipient SFC Sammy Davis. Musical support was provided by Sinise's Lt. Dan Band, The Fairfax Symphony Orchestra,
Alyson Cambridge, Lexi Walker, Jenny and the Mexicats, Morris Robinson.
Bringing honor to the troops, the concert, presented by The Gary Sinise Foundation and Suzy and Bob Pence and
Friends benefitted The USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore.
