Slightly Stoopid saxophonist Karl Denson and band, and a visit from "fun-metal pioneers" (Rolling Stone) Living Colour as part of their February line up.

Legendary saxophonist Karl Denson - who began his career touring with
Lenny Kravitz before adopting his current roll as a member of San
Diego dub rockers
Slightly Stoopid - has been getting crowds around the world out on the dance floor for nearly three decades, most recently with the
Rolling Stones during the Australian leg of their 2014 tour. Now Denson will bring the dance party to Brooklyn Bowl with his own band, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, to pay tribute to founding hip-hop group, Run DMC, and perform songs off the band's newest album, 'New Ammo' (shows: 8:00pm, admission: $20).

Take Me to the River - the all star group of musicians whose namesake film is premiering at Sundance 2015 - "was one of the best things we saw at Bonnaroo 2014," according to Rolling Stone. The legendary group - which consists of
William Bell,
Bobby Rush, Otis Clay, Academy award winner Frayser Boy, Al Kapone, a 13 piece house band featuring the Hi Rhythm Section, The Royal
Memphis horns led by Ben Cauley, the Norman Sisters, the Stax
Music Academy All Stars, and special guest Jerry Harrison from the
Talking Heads - will take over Brooklyn Bowl for a magical night of funk and blues (show: 9:00pm, admission: $35).

Living Colour - Sat, Feb 14
"Funk-metal pioneers" (Rolling Stone) Living Colour will take the stage at Brooklyn Bowl on Valentine's Day as part of their Synesthesia tour to play hits such as "Cult of Personality" and "Love Rears Its Ugly Head" - as well as material from their forthcoming sixth studio album, 'Shade' (Spring 2015). "We're going to do as much of the new record as we possibly can and get that up and running," says singer Corey Glover (show: 8pm, admission: $20).

Railroad Earth - Thu-Sat, Feb 19-21
Railroad Earth - who describe themselves as a "string band, but an amplified string band with drums" - bristle at the notion of being lumped into any one scene. "We're essentially playing rock on acoustic instrument…which sometimes leaves music writers confused as to how to categorize us," explains violinist and vocalist Tim Carbone. With five critically acclaimed studio albums under their belt, Railroad Earth will bring their extensive live improvisation and lyrical songwriting that combines elements of bluegrass, rock and roll, and jazz to Brooklyn Bowl for three nights (shows: 8pm, admission: $20).

Viceroy - Wed, Feb 25
Viceroy proved himself to be one of the most exciting producers of 2014, thanks to collaborations and exclusive remixes for artists like Lady Gaga, Maroon 5, and
Passion Pit. Now Viceroy and his "summer all the time" motto will make waves at Brooklyn Bowl, where he'll warm up Williamsburg with lush tropi-cool house disco and his sun-swept single "Dream of Bombay" (show: 8pm, admission: $15).

The Soul Rebels - Thu-Sat, Feb 26-28
Called "New Orleans' finest brass ensemble" by VICE and "Nola's proud big brass elite" by OkayPlayer, The Soul Rebels are on a mission to hoist brass into the mainstream by incorporating R&B, hip-hop, jazz and funk into the traditional brass band framework.
