2CELLOS Celloverse Debuts At #1 On Both Billboard Classical + Classical Crossover Chart And In The Billboard Top 200
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) 2CELLOS, music's most electric and dynamic instrumental duo, released their new album Celloverse (Portrait/Sony Music Masterworks) last week, debuting at #1, for the first time, on both the Billboard Classical and Classical Crossover charts. Celloverse also debuted in the Billboard Top 200. The new album is supported by a world tour landing stateside Feb. 19 with 42 nearly sold-out dates.

2CELLOS latest music video from Celloverse, "Live and Let Die" features superstar pianist Lang Lang. The song is the theme from the 1973 James Bond film and was originally recorded by Paul McCartney and Wings.

During a very busy week of promotion, the 2CELLOS made their debut performance on "The Today Show" - check it out here. They also made stops at the Mashable headquarters in NYC, performing a number of songs from the album, which can be seen here, and recorded an exclusive outdoor pop-up performance for CBS.com while in LA. Check out their performance of "Wake Me Up" here. Of the guys version of Avicii's hit, Ryan Seacrest warns people to "get your dancing shoes ready ... because 2CELLOS Avicii cover is AMAZING!"

Propelled into international fame in 2011 after their version of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" went viral with 20 million-plus YouTube views, Croatian cellists Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser return to their rock roots on their third album, Celloverse.

2CELLOS are the first instrumentalists to be featured on Glee. They have also appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Tonight Show, and The Bachelor Live Wedding Special. Their self-titled debut album and IN2ITION are available on Sony Music Masterworks.

Sony Masterworks comprises Masterworks, Okeh, Portrait, Sony Classical, RCA Red Seal, and Masterworks Broadway imprints. For email updates and information please visit www.SonyMasterworks.com.
