Celebrating over forty years since their biggest hits dominated the mainstream pop charts, KC and The

"I feel like I'm 24," KC told The Miami Herald in advance to his hometown show March 20 at the Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL. "Forty years later I feel like I'm back in 1975. Coming to 2015, and the 40th anniversary of 'Get Down Tonight' going to No. 1, has been an interesting process. That creative flow we got going in '73, '74, that's what I'm feeling now. I know that in 1984 we wanted to get away from it all, we were tired of it all, but this [new music] has reinvigorated me, and I think I'm writing better than I did back then. Lyrically, I think it's better, [and] it's much more mature. I don't know how to explain it, but it feels good."

Aaron Neville and others, KC says this new album
Feeling You! The 60s stems from an inspiration to pay tribute to those songs who helped shape him into the revolutionary artist he is today.
