AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (www.triosynergy.nl) - Elisa is actually the Baroness Elisa. She is a stunning singer–songwriter born in Sydney, Australia, to a British father and Australian mother.

Starting off as a very shy little girl her parents enrolled her into Baton Twirling classes in the hope of pulling her out of her shell; she became renowned as the national baton-twirling champion. Elisa was the invited to be a lead performer in Icecapades as the first ever baton twirler on ice!

Simultaneously, Elisa performed small roles in popular Australian soap operas, Australian films, television commercials, and theatre productions, including a leading role with Mel Gibson. Soon after Elisa caught the attention of EMI and BMG in Australia and was asked to sing backing tracks for famous Aussie recording artists such as Melissa, The Robertson Brothers, Radio Freedom and Peter Andre, in addition to performing backing vocals during their National tours.

On to Europe where Elisa achieve worldwide acclaim with a sultry blues/jazz sound in venues throughout Holland, Belgium, England, Switzerland, Germany and Greece.

Elisa came to the attention of Dutch record company Arcade (CNR) and was booked as session and studio singer for Twenty 4 seven, a Dance act with over 18 million CD's sold worldwide. 'If You Want My Love' and 'Friday Night' were the two most successful singles released from the album.

Dutch Rock Legends, The Golden Earring, asked Elisa to set up a singing department in their music school. Elisa orchestrated and performed in many of their showcases, workshops, and television documentaries. Elisa then performed on the new CD by popular R&B producers, 'Papa Bear' and Rapper 'Junior' which was the released in Germany to wide acclaim.

Further fame and international recognition arrived when one of Elisa's compositions was chosen among 2000 entries Europe-wide for the first ever European Rock Prize, held in Athens. Elisa was flown to Athens as a finalist to perform her song live in an outdoor arena to 4000 people and for a Greek TV audience of millions.

Two more hit singles by Elisa were released by Holland's largest independent record company 'Red Bullet', and also recorded for the multi million selling European success Alice Dee Jay.

As the lead vocalist for Synergy, Baroness Elisa has made SYNERGY into an internationally recognized duo with a formidable repertoire covering the best of 50 years of music. SYNERGY is renown in many forms of music from Jazz, Ballads, and Soft Pop to Classic Rock, Disco, Soul and Dance.

SYNERGY consists of keyboards and midifile orchestrations, providing a solid musical foundation to which the exceptional vocal prowess of the members is added. With nearly 30 years of combined experience, the talents and professionalism of Elisa (lead vocals) and Peter (keyboards and vocals), ensure that SYNERGY provides a complete and extraordinary evening of entertainment.

Elisa is currently performing 7 days a week throughout Europe, just completed music for the new CD, Cafe del Mar, and is developing Arisja, a fantasy musical.
Elisa, the Baroness Elisa, will make her U.S. debut in Spring 2005. Tour dates will be announced before the end of 2004.
