Round Hill Music Acquires Rights Of Punk Rock Band, The Offspring
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Round Hill Music has made a deal with the American punk rock band, The Offspring, to acquire the rights to the band\'s catalogue of publishing and master recordings. The publishing catalogue includes hits from their 1994 release, Smash, which remains the biggest-selling album of all-time on an independent label as well as all the group\'s subsequent releases. The masters\' acquisition includes the rights to Ixnayon the Hombre, Americana, Conspiracy of One, Splinter, Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace, and Days Go By.

Among the band\'s best-known hits are the rock anthems \"Self Esteem\", \"Come Out And Play (Keep \'Em Separated)\", \"The Kids Aren\'t Alright\", \"Pretty Fly (For a White Guy) and \"You\'re Gonna Go Far, Kid\".

Dexter Holland from the Offspring said, \"We felt that having the right caretaker for our catalogue, both the masters and the publishing, is incredibly important to the future of our career. Round Hill understands that we are continuing to perform and record and that the visibility of our past is critical to our future.\"

Comprised of Dexter Holland (vocals, guitar), Noodles (guitar), Greg K (bass) and Pete Parada (drums), the group is one of rock\'s most exciting and enduring bands, who exploded into the mainstream in 1994 with \"Come Out And Play (Keep \'Em Separated)\". With 9 studio albums released and countless tours under their belts, The Offspring has performed over 1,100 shows across the globe and sold more than 40 million albums.
