New York, NY (Top40 Charts) SHEL has premiered their new song "Is The Doctor In Today", the lead track from their upcoming album Just Crazy Enough. The track is currently streaming on Clash, who praises the Nashville group's "wide-ranging originality" and acclaims the track as a "bold, brash, and inventive offering."

The Group's recent video for their haunting cover of Metallica's "Enter Sandman" has been turning heads online since it's debut on Nerdist, who wrote that SHEL has "created the platonic ideal of one of the metal groups classic numbers ...The audio-visual subtlety of this track makes for an extremely unique cover that hits a totally different chord of terror than the original." The video has since been featured on outlets such as The Atlantic, Guitar World, Inquisitr, Loudwire, Team Rock, and many more.
SHEL previously released a video for their song "Rooftop", which premiered with Baeble Music.

All three tracks will be featured on their upcoming release Just Crazy Enough, the second full length record from the Nashville-based band of sisters. Produced by Dave Stewart (best known for his work with the Eurythmics), the album features the captivating harmonies and intriguing rhythms that are emblematic of SHEL's inventive songwriting. Just Crazy Enough will be released on May 13th.

In preparation for the album and upcoming tour, the band has also released a video announcing the "Just Crazy Enough Challenge," which invites fans to consider the ethical implications of their fashion choices while highlighting their favorite ethically-sourced apparel. Lead vocalist Eva Holbrook explains, "The idea is you make a 'capsule' wardrobe, using only eight items and ten accessories. But you can only use items that you already own or your purchase from a thrift store or ethically-sourced company."

The four sisters of SHEL have amassed a loyal fanbase due to a defiantly DIY approach marked by tireless touring and genre-twisting music that wears its heart on its sleeve. Raised on an abandoned trailer park that the family restored and turned into a farm, the they had an unconventional and imaginative upbringing in the foothills of Fort Collins, Colorado. Each found an instrument to master early on, studying classical music while composing and arranging with Sarah on violin, Hannah on piano, Eva on mandolin, and Liza on drums, djembe and beatboxing. Using their first initials, the band created an acronym - SHEL. Sarah, Hannah, Eva, and Liza Holbrook like to say they are "four sisters, traveling the world, tellin' tales, and sharing a dream." The band released their 2012 self-titled debut to great acclaim, and were embraced by MTV, USA Today, American Songwriter, and many more.
