Jonathan Hay's 'The Urban Hitchcock LP' Touches On Adoption Issues
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The introspective song "Prayer" starring Chaz Ultra is the latest single off Jonathan Hay's The Urban Hitchcock LP. Public Enemy member Professor Griff also performs narration throughout the album, a musical collaboration with a cornerstone theme of adoption issues.

The Public Enemy member, part of arguably one of the most influential groups in music history, describes Hay as a child who identified mostly with Hip hop culture:

"A child not knowing his birth parents dealing with abandonment, a white kid who identifies with rebels from the likes of Public Enemy, X-Clan, NWA... raised on Hip hop culture and relates with the broken home and rhymes about the lack of the father figure in the home. Identifying with people like Malcolm X. And what does the X represent? A child who never knew his bloodline but became immersed and found solitude in the brotherhood of Hip hop."

Hay's biological mother can be heard on the first single "Don't Close Your Eyes (Ashamed)" which features Shady Records artist Kxng Crooked of Slaughterhouse.

Great reviews for The Urban Hitchcock LP that features Cyhi The Prynce, Canibus, Chino XL, Planet Asia, Skyzoo, Public Enemy member Professor Griff, Kxng Crooked, Royce da 5'9", Bootleg from The Dayton Family and Parliament Funkadelic original member Jerome "Bigfoot" Brailey.

Two music videos released this month show footage of Cyhi The Prynce and Kxng Crooked, cameos that were taken from the upcoming indie film titled "The Urban Hitchcock Story" produced by Sabrina The Creator for Jonathan Hay's soundtrack The Urban Hitchcock LP, now available.
