ICMP's Live & Loud Festival
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) is delighted to announce, along with our partners ISM (Incorporated Society of Musician), Shure UK and Mapex Drums, that we will be hosting our annual student festival Live + Loud at the London Fields Brewery on the 25th of May. To build on the success of last years Tunnel to Tunnel festival, we have added more bands and additional entertainment on the day.

Our headline act this year will be Denai Moore, who is one of the ICMPs most accomplished alumna. Her debut album Elsewhere gained her recognition from fans including Jools Holland, Huw Stephens and Plan B and she has also played some of the worlds best venues and festivals including David Lynchs Silencio in Paris and Glastonbury in both 2014 and 2015. She will be joined by 17 other acts including Victoria, Kaity Rae and Grecko across two stages hosted by Shure UK and Mapex Drums. The event is also being supported by Knight Sound & Light with whom ICMP regularly works with for the supply of technical equipment to enhance its events.

The Live + Loud Festival is designed to celebrate the hard work and success of the ICMPs student body at the end of term, and showcase some the best up-and-coming acts that the capital has to offer. The event will also feature artwork from ICMP and external students, circus entertainment and more, making it a day not to be missed. Audience members arriving early will have the chance to win tickets for Standon Calling and Camden Rocks Festivals.

The ISM is the UKs professional body for musicians, a thriving organisation supporting 7,500 individuals working in or studying music. ISM welcomes musicians from all musical backgrounds and genres, and from all areas of the profession. As well as supporting our members, the body also campaigns tirelessly for the rights of all musicians and to support of music education and the music profession as a whole.

Shure have been music enthusiasts since 1925, and musicians around the world have chosen Shure with confidence in the unparalleled sound and performance of their products. From microphones to turntable cartridges to wireless gear, they make products to define sound. They take equipment issues out of the audio equation so their customers are free to concentrate on music with confidence.

As a team, Mapex are dedicated to seeking out and supporting up and coming musicians across all genres and disciplines. Pete Harvard of Mapex commented: To be working with the Live + Loud festival that boasts such an incredible line up of burgeoning talent is hugely exciting. See you down the front!

Doors open at 2:00pm
Tickets are available from ICMP Reception, in person or by calling 0207 328 0222 and via Eventbrite.
