Big Twins & Twiz The Beat Pro Drop Visuals For "Rap Star"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Diamond Media 360) Queensbridge, N.Y. bruiser Big Twins heads back to his stomping grounds in the stylish new video for Rap Star, another standout joint off his stellar TNT album with Los Angeles producer, Twiz The Beat Pro.

Watching Rap Star provides some visual insight into where Twins is coming from, something he points out from the jump when he spits that hes born and raised in 41-16 over Twizs dark, piano-fueled instrumental. Twins also admits to taking a break from from NYC to get his mind and his vision right, which led him to residing in different spots (L.A. most recently) and touring the globe. Of course, this was all part of his journey to reach his goal of becoming a Rap Star, which he details in between speaking with the youth and flexing in front of some ill graffiti.

The video was directed by the Hostage Media crew, whose past work includes collaborations with Cormega, Camron, and Rick Ross. And given that their slogan is Its not what u shoot, its how u edit, its only right that their words come to life here. Otherwise typical scenario become vibrant and almost psychedelic through the use of shape-shifting edits and effects.

Peep the visuals, and then go ahead and support the duos TNT LP, which is now available for stream and download through all major platforms and digital retailers, via Sound Unity Entertainment.
VIEW: "Rap Star":

TNT is the raw, grimy, and honest new collaborative album from Infamous Mobb rapper Big Twins and Los Angeles producer Twiz The Beat Pro, who together form TNT.

The two linked up in 2011 at Alchemists studio in L.A. Twins had recently moved there from Queensbridge to start the next chapter of his career, and he ran into Twiz who was working with Evidence. I remember that day, Twiz says. All four of us had Ev's Beatles masks on and were clownin, pretending to be John, Paul, Ringo and George. From there, Twiz and Twins stayed in touch (they lived a few blocks from each other) and first collaborated on the rappers Thrive 1 mixtape.

Twins says the basis for TNT began as a solo project, however once they realized how well they work together, it bloomed into a group effort. I had been a big fan of his (Twins) music throughout the years, Twiz explains. I knew I had some stuff in the stash for him, so for me it was a no brainer. And funny enough, it was Evidence and Alchemist who coined Twiz and Twins group name, TNT (click here to continue reading).

Good gruff tough guy rap will never go out of style. - NOISEY

Infamous Mobb's Big Twins and LA producer Twiz the Beat Pro did not create this collaborative album for the average rap fan who digests music in increments. - 2DopeBoyz

Over a soul-sampling beat from Twiz the Beat Pro, the two MCs tell tales of drug infested hallways, crime fueled nights and police brutality. - XXL

Given that the two have frequently worked together over the years, its no surprise that the Infamous Mobb rapper and West Coast producer gel so well on here. - RESPECT
