Must Be The Holy Ghost Shares New Song "Might Crack"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Alt-electronic artist Must Be The Holy Ghost has partnered up with Idobi Radio to stream "Might Crack," the second single from his upcoming EP Overflow. The project is the solo endeavor of North Carolina native Jared Draughon who will release the new EP on September 16th via Cardigan Records.

"The music has a 'walking on a nice sunny day with headphones' kind of vibe to me, so I wanted to contrast that with the lyrics," says Draughon. "The notion that I 'might crack' at any moment even though I'm currently alright appealed to me. You never know what might push someone over the edge...a story we hear about all too often in the news. I'm not referring to a person with a short temper, but a well composed individual going through some tough times and is close to hitting their breaking point."

The sophomore EP will be out on 9/16 and is a thumping, emotive record, but the single "Might Crack" leans a little more towards the indie rock realm. A video for the EP's first single "Melt Down" can be seen here and showcases Draughon's signature live performance in which visual artist Evan Hawkins uses water and food-coloring on an overhead projector to bathe the show in swirling colors. Pre-order Overflow now on iTunes or get your hands on a limited-run vinyl version at https://www.cardiganrecords.com.
