Douglas Elliman Sponsors Jazz Aspen Snowmass For Second Year
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Jazz Aspen is known worldwide for the star power we're seeing this weekend. It also gives Douglas Elliman an opportunity to support important youth music programs in the Roaring Fork Valley."

Douglas Elliman, a national residential real estate brokerage, announces the firm's second year as a major sponsor of Jazz Aspen Snowmass (JAS), a nonprofit organization focused on preserving music through world-class events, performances and educational programs. The organization's three-day music festival—JAS Labor Day Weekend Experience—took place in Snowmass, Colorado, September 2-4, 2016, and featured headliners Train, The Killers, Stevie Wonder and Duran Duran. JAS also partnered with 2016 NFL champions, the Denver Broncos, to bring an exclusive experiential event to this year's Labor Day festival.

"People from around the country flock to Aspen every summer, just to enjoy the festival," comments Elliman's Chief Revenue Officer Stephen Kotler. "As a major sponsor, we see our top clients from Aspen, New York, Florida, California and abroad." Kotler played a key role in the firm's Aspen market growth where Elliman has four offices that represent over $600 million in real estate, including many of the area's most desirable properties such as Bill and Bridget Koch's 82-acre Elk Mountain Lodge, the sprawling Four Peaks Ranch and contemporary tours-de-force such as the Walden House, designed by architect Annabelle Selldorf. These and other top-tier Elliman properties were featured in Elliman's colossal Luxury Property Portfolio which debuted at JAS' National Council event at the Aspen Art Museum.

"Jazz Aspen is known worldwide for the star power we're seeing this weekend," comments Ed Foran, the managing broker of Elliman's Aspen market. "It also gives [Douglas Elliman] an opportunity to support important youth music programs in the Roaring Fork Valley."

"As part of the 'business of real estate,' Douglas Elliman is committed to supporting the communities where we do business," adds Vice President of Marketing Kevin Mark Lodie. "We naturally connect with our clients on this level." In addition to sponsoring JAS, Elliman's community engagement includes organizations and initiatives that support youth, medical research, seniors and veterans in meaningful ways.
