Amanda Cerny Joins LiveXLive As Contributing Social Editor And Content Creator
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Loton, Corp.) Loton, Corp's (OTC: LIVX) LiveXLive Studio announced that Amanda Cerny has signed to be the company's first Contributing Social Editor and content creator. Just as comedy has become an integral part of major music festival lineups, LXL Studios will bring Cerny's distinctive viral humor to the LiveXLive platform by working with her to create original content, drive millennials to the network and attract other major social influencers to the team.

"I couldn't be more excited to join LiveXLive in distributing the ultimate live concert experiences for the world to enjoy," said Amanda Cerny. "Thanks to LiveXLive's platform, no one is left out! Time to make the world smile and dance together!"

Cerny's first ever concert was a Kenney Chesney show but her tastes have matured now to include favorites Kygo, Chus & Ceballos, the Chainsmokers and Thomas Jack. Her enthusiasm for the music festival experience will lend itself to authentic content for LXL. She has attended Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Europe, Ultra Miami, and ADE.

LXL Studios will host LiveXLive's music magazine-style news show, which will act as the flagship for LiveXLive. It will feature a socially influential cast, including contributions from Cerny, and take fans around the world of music in "snack sized bits" of real-time, curated, authentic, relevant, behind-the-scenes content segments. Ultimately, it will fuel the daily viewership of the platform similar to how SportsCenter anchors ESPN's daily broadcasting. The Studio, led by Roger Mincheff and Anthony Kaan of Big Boots, will also develop and curate originals in short scripted and unscripted formats. The voice, attitude and look of the content will be cutting edge, speaking to millennial viewers in the ways they trust.

Since its initial broadcast in 2015, LiveXLive has sought to become the singular global destination for music fans to enjoy premium live performances from leading festivals, nightlife and concert venues, as well as original content and artist exclusives and interviews. The platform has featured performances and content from the world's biggest artists, including Rihanna, Katy Perry, Metallica, Duran Duran, Radiohead, Chance The Rapper, Bruce Springsteen, Avicii, Maroon 5, and many more. The company has also partnered with Rock In Rio, Outside Lands, Verizon, Screenvision/KAOS Connect, OneLive, and MTV to lay its foundation across the worlds of music and technology.

LiveXLive has successfully launched its own channels on YouTube and Facebook with over 100mill Videos watched in 2016. LiveXLive.com expects to grow its audience substantially in 2017 and Cerny and other social influencers will be one of many methods of building an audience focused on millennials. Cerny, who recently was featured on CBS's 60 Minutes, has become a thought leader in her space. Cerny's 11 million plus Instagram followers, 6.5 million Facebook followers and millions of plays on her YouTube channel create great synergies for growing audience for LiveXLive.com.

Amanda Cerny, who recently signed with CAA and management 360, made her feature film debut in 2016 with Internet Famous, a mockumentary from Maker Studios and Lakeshore Entertainment. She shot a recurring role on Adam Devine's House Party for Comedy Central, and, most recently, she played Breeda on Bret Easton Ellis' Fullscreen thriller The Deleted. Cerny has been in music videos for DJ Chuckie, Eli Roth and Dillon Francis. She has guest starred on HBO's Hello Ladies and The Late Late Show with James Corden. Her videos with Justin Bieber and with King Bach have been viewed millions of times.

"We are so pleased to have Amanda Cerny join LiveXLive studio as our first Contributing Social Editor," said Rob Ellin, Founder and CEO of LiveXLive. "Her work ethic and commitment to building massive audiences and brand awareness is contagious. Comedy has become an integral part of top music festivals around the globe including at Outside Lands, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, ACL and Voodoo. Her relevance to the social media zeitgeist will also draw awareness to LiveXLive and act as a blueprint for other top influencers to cross over into participation on the platform."

As a startup LiveXLive has successfully streamed from some of the greatest events in the world such as Rock In Rio in Brazil and Lisbon, and venues such as Tao and Marquis clubs in Las Vegas, presenting over 200 of the greatest artists and every genre of music. LiveXLive recently completed the upgrade of its OTT channel and plans the launch of its mobile app in 2017. LiveXLive will substantially expand on its content offering by continuing to acquire rights from over 3500 festivals, 65k concerts, award shows and 100s of venues and clubs.

In its first 18 months, LiveXLive has successfully partnered with some of the biggest and best distribution partners around the globe including AOL (300 mm), MTV International (65mm), Verizon (300mm), Complex (25mm) and Screenvision (14,000 theaters). LiveXLive expects to continue to build brand awareness and audience by sharing our premium live content with these and other partners.
