New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Hurray for the Riff Raff has shared "The Navigator" - the title track and third song to be released from their upcoming album, out March 10 on ATO. The new track comes paired with a teaser video, following the cinematic journey of Navi - a street kid, traversing her world at a crossroads of identity and ancestral weight. Listen to "The Navigator" here, which Line of Best Fit calls "a rich tapestry, giving voice to questions that won't remain unanswered, and inviting you to do the same" : https://www.thelineofbestfit.com/new-music/discovery/hurray-for-the-riff-raff-the-navigator

Alynda Segarra says of the track:
"The Navigator has arrived. Our street kid heroine is on a mission to ask the powers that be what the plan is for her people. The people of color who are being forced out and demonized. Where will they go? Where will they live? We need thousands of Navigators to take the reins of history and steer us towards justice for all people. The track we are on must change."

'The Navigator' has received early praise from Pitchfork, NPR, the New York Times, Rolling Stone and more. Inspired by Puerto Rican activist groups the Young Lords and the Ghetto Brothers, Fania Records, Pedtro Pietro's "Puerto Rican Obituary" and more, the new album often mirrors Segarra's own experiences as a Puerto Rican woman and her journey to find her identity.

"The Navigator" is currently available at the band's official store, iTunes and Amazon for fans to pre-order with an immediate download of "Rican Beach." The PledgeMusic pre-order features exclusive items including autographed CD and vinyl, one of a kind lyric sheets, and deluxe bundles.
