Incognito Cartel Announces New Drummer, To Play St. Jude's Rock N Roll Marathon April 29
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Nashville based jangle pop rock band Incognito Cartel welcomed new member, drummer Neil Pond, to the band with their April 1 performance at the renowned Ri'chard's Cafe. "Neil is a tremendous addition to our group," said band spokesman Tom Templeman. "We have been using a rotation of several great drummers up until now. Neil solidifies our lineup, and we're excited to have him with us!"

The band's latest live video, featuring new song "Last Bus Stop," was taken at the April 1 show at Ri'chard's Cafe, and features Neil on the drums in his Incognito Cartel debut. Incognito Cartel continues to ride the rising success of their debut CD release, "In a World Upside Down," by adding major events to their 2017 performance schedule. They will be performing at the 2017 St. Jude Rock n Roll Marathon in Nashville, TN, on April 29, and have added an appearance at the annual Barrel Festival in Coopertown, TN, on June 3. The band continues its monthly First Saturday Featured Artist slot at the renowned Ri'chard's Cafe in Nashville.

"Incognito Cartel's sound is deeply rooted in the psychedelic rock and jangle pop bands of the '60s and '80s," said Woodcraft Music spokesman Douglas MacCormac. "Listeners have likened the sound to a blend of the Animals, Monkees, and the Byrds with Tom Petty and the Stone Roses." The group's lineup consists of the co-founders, songwriters/guitarists Tom Templeman and Steve Rempis; bassist Terri Templeman; keyboardist/songwriter Don Gaylord; and drummer Neil Pond.
