Machine Gun Kelly Tries To Forget On New Song "Let You Go"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Machine Gun Kelly releases a new single off the album. "Let You Go" finds the rapper looking back at a past relationship that went sour. Over electric guitars, Young Gunner delivers pop-punk melodies. "Since you left, I've been holding on to a memory," he sings. "Since you walked out that door / And you said I changed and you're so damn sick of me / You're not mine anymore."

While the song is a departure in genre for the most part, Kellz adds a rap verse for his core fans. "I still remember what you wore on the first night," he raps. "Still remember how that black dress had your curves right / Still remember smokin' just to calm my nerves / 'Til you had to leave and grabbed your purse."

"Let You Go" comes on the heels of MGK's recent health scare. On his 27th birthday, the rapper collapsed backstage at a concert. Although he returned to the stage, fans were still worried after the MC said he was "punched in the chest 65 times" while filming Captive State. He has since postponed three shows while he recovers.

The latest track also follows "Bad Things" with Camila Cabello, the Hailee Steinfeld-assisted "At My Best," and "Trap Paris" featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Quavo.
Featuring James Arthur, Dubxx, and the aforementioned cuts, bloom is due May 12.
