Country Artist Crystal Day Wishes To Send The Best Revenge In Brand New Single "Karma Like Flowers"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Multi-talented country powerhouse vocalist Crystal Day is a strong believer in what goes around comes around. Her powerful vocals and prodigious writing ability soars on her brand-new breakup anthem, Karma Like Flowers. The tune is available on iTunes and all digital retailers. Co-written and produced by Erik Halbig (Thompson Square, Chase Bryant, Ty Herndon), Karma Like Flowers may have a quirky title, but it shares a message that every woman can relate to.

"When I went to this write, I wanted to make sure we didn't write a song that would bash men, so we took it from a woman's perspective that we've all been in," says Day. "I've been in a relationship like this where you are with a guy that isn't giving you what you want. You know he's bad for you and you are just wishing on his empty lies but you keep going back to him and if only you could order karma to send to him."

There is no denying that this Virginia native is comfortable with sharing her gift to a crowd. She is gearing up for her fall tour and visiting radio stations along the way in support of the song. Despite her powerful vocals and remarkable songwriting ability, she is also an accomplished actress and children's author. Having always turned to writing during tough times, this tunesmith was inspired to write her first children's book, Mason The Bull after a tragic family event. The book has since developed into a series. She has visited libraries and schools around the country, reading the story and doing signings at various book stores along the way.

About Crystal Day: Many people won't accomplish what this effervescent gal has in a lifetime; let alone the few short years that she has been active in the business. From an early age, she was in front of thousands whether it be performing in a musical or singing the National Anthem at a local racetrack. With influences from Garth Brooks, the Beatles, Shania Twain and Katy Perry, her biggest role model is Oscar-winning actress Julie Andrews (The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, etc). "I was at a wedding with her and I admit, I was fangirling. Your expectations are so high when you meet someone you've looked up to your whole life and she was everything I wanted her to be. She carries herself so classy. Definitely something I will always remember!" Much like Andrews, Day has established herself as a well-rounded entertainer with her powerful vocals, remarkable songwriting and impressive acting. Day's passion for the spotlight shines through in everything she does. No matter which path her career takes she will always be an entertainer. "I can't imagine doing anything else in my life" she says. With her confidence and a go get 'em attitude, Crystal has set the bar high and if her stage presence and immense talent are any indicator of what's to come, the finish line is nowhere in sight.
