LOS ANGELES (Shadoworld Management Group) - Former Aftermath/ Interscope recording artist Shaunta signs with Los Angeles, CA based Shadoworld Management Group, L.L.C. and Shadoworld Records, Inc. prepares for its first national release from newest pop sensation Ahrae.

Shadoworld Management Group is very pleased to announce the signing of female emcee and former Aftermath recording artist Shaunta Montgomery to its management roster. We are also pleased to announce Shaunta's formation of her own independent record company Victory Entertainment.

Hailing from the West Coast, Compton California to be specific this young rapstress is no stranger to the West Coast. Following her predecessors before her from the same urban neighborhood, Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and the list goes on... Her love for the music found her in a recording studio with Montell Jordan where he featured her on his solo debut on introducing Shaunta. From that more collaborations came and then the opportunity to tour with LL Cool J alongside R Kelly on the Down Low tour. Super producer Timberland heard her work and wanted to work with her immediately, the result of this union produced the smash hit and video for the party classic, 'Luv to Luv Ya' featuring Timberland and Magoo.

She ended up landing a recording contract with Atlantic Records. During her two years signed to Atlantic she recorded with Brandy, Changing Faces, Twista, Chino XL, Eric Benet and Philly's Most wanted. After leaving Atlantic Records, she had a once in a life time meeting with the good doctor and the rest is Aftermath history because she signed within thirty days of meeting the Dr. Dre. Her Aftermath tenure earned her a respectable spot on the charts with, 'Good Lovin' off of The Wash soundtrack along with the song 'Benefit of the Doubt' featuring Truth Hurts. Shaunta performed her song 'California' on the highly successful 8 Mile soundtrack. After sitting on a complete album for 6 months, she decided it was best to request a release from her ideal label.

Shaunta has struck out on her own to launch a new enterprise called Victory Entertainment, Inc. and has partnered with a new management company Los Angeles, Ca based Shadoworld Management Group, L.L.C. in order to release her upcoming mix-tape entitled The Diamond Lane, her solo album and a new incredible rap duo she found and groomed named The GENTZ all slated for release via her label Victory, Inc. i.e. THE VIC in 2005... Shaunta will also have music appearing on the upcoming issues of LA's mix-tape KING DJ Warrior mix-tapes and 100.3 WKYS The BEAT's on air DJ personality DJ Ji Ji Sweet.

Shadoworld Records, Inc. is extremely pound to announce the upcoming release of the newest pop sensation Ahrae. The Seattle, Washington native and newcomer is putting the final touches on her freshmen release via Shadoworld Records, Inc.. called 'The Scarlet Letter' for a late second quarter or earlier third quarter release and her single 'Listen to My Body' will begin to be serviced to record pools and radio in February, with a video being serviced later that month to several video outlets. Ahrae will also have music appearing on the next issue of 100.3 WKYS The BEAT's on air DJ personality and Technicans 2004 Westcoast DJ of the year DJ Ji Ji Sweet.

Our offices will be announcing new distribution deals for Shadoworld Records, Inc., which was formally a Sumthing Distribution (Sumthing Distribution is NYC based distribution company owned by CHIC founder Nile Rodgers) distributed label and Victory Entertainment in the next few weeks. Along with several other interesting announcements inn the weeks to come.

For more information please call or e-mail Julian Edwards, CEO, Shadoworld Management Group, L.L.C. for any additional information or to schedule an interview with Shaunta or Ahrae in reference to this press release. We look forward to hearing from someone in your office. Have a productive and blessed day!
