New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Re Mattei launched her successful music career as a member of the all-female, Top 40 band, Uptown Girls.
She's since redirected her concentrations toward her independent recordings and is now poised to introduce her unique brand of music via her own imprint, TrendyGirl Records.
Mattei's new single, "Bump Bump Bump," (Re Mattei/Danielle Todd) was co-produced alongside Bartley Pursley (Big & Rich/ Gretchen Wilson/ Blake Shelton/ Montgomery Gentry). The storyline transforms the darkness of love-loss and heartache to an illuminated freedom. Eerie steel and electric guitar riffs set the tone for this failed love story while the chorus brings to life a revived spirit portrayed by a powerful bass drum.
Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert make lyrical guest appearances as "girl-power" motivators.
The track is the debut single from Mattei's upcoming album, titled BELIEVIN' IS SEEIN', due in early spring 2018.
