The new record has received an abundance of early attention and critical praise : 4 stars in Q Magazine (UK) and Rolling Stone France, 9/10 in Exclaim! (CA) while the early released tracks found champions over at NPR, BBC, CBC and more. On the BBC airwaves, Radcliffe and Maconie premiered 'You Would Have to Lose Your Mind' while

'Queens of the Breakers' takes its name from The Breakers, a Vanderbilt mansion perched atop Newport, Rhode Island's rocky coastline. As a teenager, Brad was part of a mischievous group of friends that would descend upon Newport dressed in their mothers' clothing; the better to shock the tourists. It's a vehicle for reflection: a tight group of friends that grew apart, now seen through a Terrence Malick 'Tree Of Life'-like haze.
