The Sweeps - Traveller (Italo Brutalo Remix)

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Germany's favorite boutique label Emerald & Doreen and Hamburg's Synth Pop Disco heroes THE SWEEPS team up to deliver a retrospective of the band's early albums. ORS ON WELLES is the final release of a trilogy of legendary SWEEPS albums formerly not available as digital release.

THE SWEEPS [Kristina Brodowski (Vocals), Christoph Duwe (Synthesizers, Fender Rhodes, Moog, (Backing) Vocals) and Niels Wesner (String Synthesizers, Moog, (Backing) Vocals)] were joined by vocalists Johanna Hanf in January 2012 and started to work on the ORS ON WELLES album.

With now 2 girls in their line-up - and all of them familiar with the catalogue of 70s and 80s supergroups (FLEETWOOD MAC, ABBA, THE CARPENTERS, ...) - somehow the new songs got the 'ABBA meets Italo Disco' touch. Time to ride on memory lane!
