Future & Young Thug's "Super Slimey" First Week Sales Projections
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The first week sales projections for Future and Young Thug's surprise project Super Slimey are in. According to Hits Daily Double, the project is expected to move 85,000 to 110,000 equivalent album units this week, with 20,000 to 30,000 of that figure being sold traditionally. It is expected to be kept out of the No. 1 spot by former One Direction singer Niall Horan, whose debut solo album is expected to sell 150,000 to 160,000 equivalent album units. However, it could very likely take the No. 2 slot.

If the album does break 100,000 in sales, it will be Future's third album in 2017 to do so. Between February and March, Future posted two No. 1 albums in two consecutive weeks with FUTURE and HNDRXX, selling 140,000 equivalent album units and 121,000 equivalent album units, respectively. Meanwhile it is more or less guaranteed to be Young Thug's highest sales week of all time. The rapper's highest sales week to date came with 2017's Beautiful Thugger Girls with moved 37,000 album equivalent units and debuted at No. 8.

The album was announced only hours before it was released across streaming services and on iTunes Friday at 12AM EST.

Young Thug and Future have collaborated on a number of songs in the past, reaching back to "My Everything" from Thug's I Came From Nothing 2 mixtape. Earlier this year, they came together for "Relationships," which appeared on Beautiful Thugger Girls. Future previously released a similarly surprising collaborative album with Drake, What A Time To Be Alive, which sold 375,000 equivalent album units upon its release in 2015.

Stream Super Slimey, which features production from Wheezy, Southside, Zaytoven, Mike Will Made It, London On Da Track, TM88, and Richie Souf, as well as a sole guest appearance fro Migos' Offset.
