Sound Royalties Helps Hip-Hop Producer Darius Barnes Create New Record Label
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Sound Royalties, a specialty finance firm serving music professionals, today announced hip-hop producer Darius Barnes as the latest music professional to work with the company. After creating his own record label and expanding his brand to Atlanta, Barnes recently received a royalty advance from Sound Royalties to help take his business to the next level.

"We're here to help songwriters, producers and artists take their careers and their businesses to the next level. We are thrilled that Darius has joined us and we look forward to seeing much more success come his way," says Sound Royalties CEO and Founder Alex Heiche.

Sound Royalties, LLC, the preferred finance firm for a wide variety of music professionals, today announced that 15-year hip-hop producer Darius Barnes has joined the growing number of music professionals who have collaborated with Sound Royalties for artist-friendly royalty advances. Barnes's recent advance from the company helped him launch his own music label Fan Klub Entertainment, which now includes artists such as Throne and Tay Walker, winner of VH1's national music competition TV show.

Darius Barnes, also known as Phonix Beats, has produced hop-hop hits such as J. Cole's "No Role Modelz," Fabolous' "We Good" featuring Rich Homie Quan, "Fumble" by Trey Songz and "Let Me Explain" by Bryson Tiller. Barnes has also worked extensively on projects with top artists such as Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa, Jeremih, Ty Dolla $ign and more.

"I've been in music for so long, and I got tired of going through the typical hassles with financing. But my experience with Sound Royalties has been delightful. They made the process simple and easy - no gimmicks, no strings, and no puppet master," said Barnes. "My latest advance helped me to jumpstart my own record label and move from Los Angeles to Atlanta to expand my business. Now I'm excited that not only do I get to continue working with A-list artists, but I can start putting out projects for new artists on my own label."

Sound Royalties CEO and Founder Alex Heiche added: "At Sound Royalties, it's important to us that successful, hard-working music professionals like Darius have the resources they need to continue their creative pursuits. We're here to help songwriters, producers and artists take their careers and their businesses to the next level. We are thrilled that Darius has joined us and we look forward to seeing much more success come his way."

Sound Royalties' mission to innovatively transform how music professionals fund their creativity continues to benefit a growing list of music professionals in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Nashville, Miami and across the world. The firm develops specialized financing solutions that fit the creative and unconventional lives of music professionals in order to quickly provide them with funding, so they can continue creating music.

Founded by CEO Alex Heiche, Sound Royalties, LLC is a privately-owned specialty finance firm that helps music industry professionals fund personal and professional projects while allowing them to retain the rights to their music and royalties. The company's core business is offering royalty advances of anywhere from $5,000 to $10 million, without having to deal with credit issues, while preserving all rights to the artist's music. It does this by advancing artist royalties paid through music labels, digital performance royalties paid through Sound Exchange, songwriter royalties and performance royalties paid through music publishers and Performing Rights Organizations such as ASCAP, BMI and SESAC, and music streaming royalties from Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. To date, Sound Royalties, LLC has worked with a wide range of leading music industry professionals, including Grammy Award winners, platinum recording artists and notable music industry executives in every genre.
