Kylie Minogue's New LP 'Golden' Released Today On BMG
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Kylie Minogue releases her critically acclaimed new album 'Golden' today on BMG. 'Golden' stands in the pantheon of the Australian pop star's career as one of her most personal albums to date, with every song co-written by Minogue. The songs on 'Golden' address mortality, family, love and loss in ways that only Kylie can: via the dance floor.

A project spanning multiple continents with an international list of collaborators, Golden was mainly created with African-German producer Sky Adams and a list of contributors including Jesse Frasure, Eg White, Jon Green, Biff Stannard, Samuel Dixon, Danny Shah and Lindsay Rimes, and there's a duet with English singer Jack Savoretti. Her trip to Nashville involved working alongside two key writers, both with homes in the city. One was British-born songwriter Steve McEwan (whose credits include huge Country hits for Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney and Carrie Underwood), and the other was Amy Wadge, another Brit (best known for her mega-selling work with Ed Sheeran).

Praise for Kylie and 'Golden':
"Kylie proves she still has the 'Golden' touch" - HuffPost
"Euphoric" - Rolling Stone
"'Golden' is an organic stylistic detour that finds the Aussie pop goddess smack in the middle of a "Dolly Parton/Disco" Venn diagram. Oh yes, there will be sequins." - Billboard

"A shimmering, refreshingly authentic anti-breakup album that';s more about empowerment and resilience than it is about cradling a sorrowed soul" - Entertainment Weekly

"…her consistency as an album artist in a singles genre has afforded her a level of cultish adoration and critical seriousness bestowed upon few singers..." - Billboard

"An unexpected yet glistening ode to the timeless shimmer of the gilded woman at its center" - Entertainment Weekly

Kylie returns stateside later this month to headline the White Party Palm Springs on Sunday, April 29, and is set to headline NYC Pride 2018 on Sunday, June 24. On Wednesday, April 25, Kylie will perform on "Late Night with Seth Meyers", and on Friday, April 27, she performs on "Good Morning America". The following week on Monday, April 30, she will perform on "The Late Late Show with James Corden".
