New York, NY (Top40 Charts) To celebrate 20 years of existence Lex and Savoy Productions (Gaz Birtles and John Barrow) have been working with former Leicester band The Charmers to re release their lost gem of an album Dark Love.

It is an album full of edgy pop songs, with insightful lyrics and lush strings.
To make sure this lost pop classic album doesn't get lost in the dusty CD racks (of the 100 or so people fortunate enough to have purchased a rare copy back in 1998) iTunes, Spotify and all other popular streaming and download sites will soon be lit up with the epic, string driven odes to Dark Love.

A short online documentary featuring interviews with band members Andy Sharman and Jeff Chandler discussing tracks from the album is up now on Youtube - https://youtu.be/n40e3smVjiQ and a preview of tracks can be accessed on bandcamp - https://thecharmers.bandcamp.com/.

April 1st 2018 seems as good a date as any to release the eleven track album on a world fooled into thinking they've heard all the great pop classics over time, when actually they haven't. YET!

It will also soon be made available on limited CD again from [email protected]
