New York, NY (Top40 Charts) "Mojave Nomads are truly one of a kind...The Utah pop-rock band's timeless sound, complete with bright synth, groovy bass and incredibly unique vocal work is fully explored on this six song release. It doesn't sound like anything anyone else is doing right now, and that's what makes it so strong. From catchy pop tracks to sensual almost-ballads to massive indie-rock anthems, Phases is the perfect taste test for those who are just discovering Mojave Nomads and a promise that this won't be the last you'll hear from them." -The Prelude Press

"With psych-rock guitar, simple synth, and vocals with heavy falsetto, Mojave Nomads have taken the best genres of the late 70s and wrapped them all into one song."- Floated Mag

Known as the "Black Sheep" of the Utah music scene, the Nomads have been shaking things up in a region predominantly dominated by pop music culture since their live debut on Halloween night 2014.

The band quickly made it into the studio and recorded their first EP "Black Sheep" at Indie/Folk artist Joshua James' Willamette Mtn. The success of "Black Sheep" led to spins on national indie radio stations, appearances on local news/radio outlets and a number of high profile gigs. Over the next few years, the band continued to hone in on their sound, playing hundreds of local shows, both headlining and opening for national acts, such as OK GO, STRFKR, The Growlers and Highly Suspect, cementing their reputation as one of the hardest working bands in Utah.

In 2017 they hit the road with dates at SXSW, a headlining tour as well as a few dates supporting He is We. They were also the winners of American Musical Supply's "Catch a Break at AMS" contest, besting thousands of entries from all over the country. This earned them national recognition, a private showcase at D'Angelico's Guitars in New York City for a room full of industry professionals, as well as numerous sponsorships from companies such as American Muiscal Supply and QSC Audio.

In late 2017, the band signed with Standby Records which just released the band's debut, "Phases."
