Dawn Richard Shares New Song "Guardian Angel"

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) One of music's most distinctive vocalists, DAWN (aka Dawn Richard), returns with a new single "Guardian Angel" in collaboration with lauded producer Mumdance, via Local Action. It sees the two unique musical forces come together for a soaring anthem that draws from both artists' experimental tendencies but also aims for the sky. They both recorded the candle-lit "weightless power ballad" in London, marking the first in a series of songs DAWN will be releasing building up to a new album at the start of 2019.

The song also marks Mumdance's first time working with real instruments to bring his electronic vision to life, with live strings, grand piano and more, and DAWN's return to Local Action, the label that released her anthemic single "Not Above That" and her acclaimed album Redemption.
