New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Just recently, Volcano Records released "Sleeping Sickness", the debut album of the young stoner rock band WATERCRISIS, that sounds in a way powerful and delicate. The band that just put out a first ep last year and joined live some great acts like LACUNA COIL last summer, comes to this first full length release with an hypnotic impact leaded by an emotional and violent female voice.

"Sleeping Sickness" represents a successful combination of different souls and tastes that look at the great classics of stoner rock reinvented in a personal and psychedelic way. The unique voice and the pushing low frequencies of fuzz and bass guitars, give to this record a sinister and shocking personality that well represents the aim of this young band ready to become very popular between doom and stoner fans.

The album has been preceded by the single/video "Mortal Lien", a disturbed blues tune with desert and doom reminiscences.
